PoliceActivity (Youtube) Man Gets Shot After Firing Gun at Two Deputies Following a Traffic Stop in Fort Collins, Colorado * (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * Fort Collins, Colorado — On July 12, 2022, at approximately 10:32 p.m., Deputy Jeffrey Kaley with the Larimer County Sheriff's Office (driving a marked patrol K9 vehicle) observed a silver Ford Escape speeding northbound on Timberline Road at Drake Road at what he estimated to be 90 MPH (in a 40 MPH zone). 23-year-old Bryan Erdbruegger was later identified as the driver and only occupant of the Ford Escape. Deputy Kaley attempted to contact the vehicle as it continued north on Timberline Road and then turned east onto Prospect Road. Deputy Kaley activated his emergency lights and Erdbruegger accelerated. Deputy Kaley aired that he was in pursuit of the vehicle traveling eastbound on Prospect Road at 70 MPH. Shortly after, Erdbruegger pulled over on Prospect Road, east of Specht Point Road. Deputy Kaley initiated a high-risk traffic stop, positioning himself behind his driver's side door, drew his service weapon, and began issuing verbal commands for Erdbruegger to stay in his car and show his hands. Deputy Aaron Horwitz (in a marked patrol vehicle) responded to the location to provide cover. Bodycam footage shows that Erdbruegger opened his driver's side door, produced a handgun, and began to rapidly fire at Deputy Kaley. In response, Deputy Kaley returned fire. Deputy Horwitz, who arrived on scene just as Erdbruegger started shooting, also returned fire in response to Erdbruegger's shots. Evidence collected at the scene indicates that Erdbruegger was struck by the initial volley from the deputies, but the injuries sustained at this point did not stop his offensive. Erdbruegger reloaded his weapon, fired additional shots, and then advanced towards Deputy Kaley while still holding the gun. Deputy Kaley's firearm was out of ammunition, and he was unable to reload as Erdbruegger advanced. A physical struggle for Erdbruegger's firearm, later determined to be a Glock 43x, ensued between Deputy Kaley and Erdbruegger. Deputy Kaley was able to push Erdbruegger back as Erdbruegger fired a single shot while still near Deputy Kaley. Erdbruegger initially retreated towards his vehicle and then turned back toward the deputies and began to raise his gun towards the deputies. Deputy Horwitz, having just reloaded his weapon, fired repeatedly, striking Erdbruegger and causing him to fall to the ground. Additional cover units arrived, and deputies rendered medical aid. Erdbruegger was transported to the hospital by ambulance. During transport, Erdbruegger spit at LCSO Deputy Cody Armstrong and continued to protest medical treatment. CIRT investigators recovered 17 casings (brass) fired by Erdbruegger and recovered 40 total casings (silver) fired by the deputies. At the hospital it was determined that Erdbruegger was struck four times (stomach, left thigh, neck, top of head) by shots fired by the deputies. Erdbruegger pleaded guilty to attempted murder, for which 8th Judicial District Court Judge Juan Villaseñor sentenced him to 34 years in prison during an August hearing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - Ronald Mahaney - Exus Altimus - Mateusz Adam Katana - 'Dawesenm' - Ryan Hurley - William Bowman - Leonardo Buzzolan - Kerrie Golden - Paul Rohrbaugh - Sandra McGreevy - Charlie Collier - Koby Bland - Cash MacGregor - Christopher Payne - Zach Williams - Michael R Sheffield - Rich Biggs - 'JTrip' - Lee Roberts - Brant Eaton - 'General X' - 'jadeennff' - James Pringle - 'AccuShoot.com' - Meighan Garrick - 'Dabster' - 'Sopaul' - Lisa Overly - Connor Davies - 'Necko' - Gerardo Flores - Anthony Eufemio - 'Donkbot' - Gage Kissinger - Eian Smith - 'HelloDarknessMyOldFriend' - 'coco Coco' ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Support us at BuyMeACoffee: https://www.buymeacoffee.[...]

PoliceActivity (Youtube) Bodycam Shows Mesa Police Officer Shooting Armed Robbery Suspect * (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * Mesa, Arizona — On August 3, 2023, Detectives from the Mesa Police Department and members of the U.S. Marshals Arizona Wanted Task Force, we're looking for 20-year-old Ny'Kendreon Pride, who was wanted in connection to three separate armed robberies. One that occurred on August 2nd and two more that occurred earlier that day. Pride was seen walking west across Mesa Drive from the apartment complex, at 1233 North Mesa Drive and continued south, on the sidewalk in front of another apartment complex, at 1230 North Mesa Drive. As Pride was walking, detectives contacted him from their vehicle. One detective who was riding in the rear passenger side, threw a flashbang near Pride, while another detective who was sitting in the front passenger side yelled for Pride to get down on the ground. The rear seat detective then fired two beanbag rounds, as the front seat detective fired rounds from his rifle. The detective saw Pride reached for what he believed was a gun and that's when he fired his duty weapon. Pride collapsed as he attempted to run away with a handgun in his hand. Several commands were given for him to drop the weapon but he did not respond. Detectives used a taser, pepper ball rounds and beanbag rounds in an effort to get Pride to release the gun. He still did not respond. Detectives approached Pride, removed the handgun from his hand and took him into custody. The Mesa Fire Department responded and ultimately transported Pride to the Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. During the investigation, detectives identified the handgun Pride was carrying as a Glock and noted the trigger was depressed, but there was not a round in the chamber. Irizarry eventually pulled into a parking spot on the 100 block of East Willard Street, having turned onto the street at a slow rate of speed going in the wrong direction. The officers stopped their vehicle parallel to Irizarry’s, exited, and approached. The bodycam footage shows Officer Dial approaching the driver’s side of Irizarry’s vehicle, as Irizarry is seated. Both officers approached with their firearms out. At one point Irizarry is observed holding a small, open folding knife against his thigh. He then rolled up the driver’s side window. Dial is shown discharging his firearm into the vehicle six times, shattering the driver’s side glass and repeatedly striking Irizarry at close range. After being pulled out of his vehicle and transported to Temple Hospital, Irizarry, 27, was pronounced deceased, with the medical examination finding cause of death as “Multiple Gunshot Wounds” and the manner of death listed as “Homicide.” District Attorney Larry Krasner on Friday, Sept. 8, 2023, announced the arrest of Philadelphia Police Officer Mark Dial for his role in the fatal shooting of Eddie Irizarry in August. Dial turned himself in Friday morning at a police station in South Philadelphia. He was joined by his attorneys and representatives from the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 5. PoliceActivity (Youtube) 15-year-old Suspect Gets Shot by Cops After Shooting into Crowd Following High School Football Game * (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * Jacksonville, Florida — On Friday, August 18, 2023, a high school football game was scheduled at First Coast High School. Earlier that day, JSO and the Duval County school police received intelligence of potential violence between rival groups of the football game. Based on this intelligence, these law enforcement agencies deployed additional officers to protect those attending the game. The two shooting officers, Officers Eleftheriadis and Lowe were on scene at First Coast High School that evening as part of the safety deployment. Immediately preceding this critical incident, they conducted a traffic stop near the school parking lot entrance. That traffic stop resulted in the arrests of multiple individuals on Firearms charges. At 8:56 p.m., while the two shooting officers were still handling the traffic stop, a large fight broke out in the parking lot. Approximately 30 to 40 people were involved in this fight. Immediately, the shooting officers ran towards the fight. Then, 15-year-old Devonn Thompson, who was positioned on the opposite side of the fighting group from the officers, opened fire. Both officers armed themselves with their service weapons and shot at Thompson. Thompson fled on foot and the officers ran after him. During the foot pursuit, the officers repeatedly yelled loud verbal commands at Thompson to drop his gun. Thompson did not comply with these directives and continued running. The officers fired additional rounds. Thompson jumped the fence and ran across Duval Station Road. An officer apprehended Thompson outside a nearby convenience store. Shortly thereafter, officer Lowe arrived where Thompson was apprehended. Together, these officers safely handcuffed Thompson, called for paramedics and immediately began emergency medical care. When paramedics arrived, Thompson was transported and treated at an area Hospital and then was released the next day. He sustained a graze wound to his head and a gunshot wound to his right hip. Thompson was booked into the jail on multiple felony charges stemming from this incident. Thompson is currently charged with the following felonies: discharge of a Weapon on School Property, Possession of a Firearm on School Property and Carrying a Concealed Firearm. While rendering emergency medical care to Thompson on scene, the shooting officers located Thompson's gun tugged inside his pants. Crime scene detectives responded to the scene and collected Thompson's gun, a 9mm handgun with one round in the chamber and eight rounds in the magazine. This firearm had been reported stolen on August 13, 2023, during an auto theft. Additionally, crime scene detectives collected two casings from the First Coast High School parking lot. These casings were forensically confirmed to have been ejected from Thompson's gun. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - Dawesenm - William Bowman - Sandra McGreevy - Charlie Collier - Koby Bland - Cash MacGregor - 'Zixuno' - 'InicRa' - Christopher Payne - Juan Villagomez - Zach Williams - Michael R Sheffield - Rich Biggs - 'Ham_Radio' - 'JTrip' - Lee Roberts - Brant Eaton - 'General X' - 'jadeennff' - James Pringle - 'AccuShoot.com' - 'Savage Training Group' - Meighan Garrick - 'BoJassim' - 'Dabster' - 'Sopaul' - Lisa Overly - Connor Davies - Paul Rohrbaugh - 'Necko' - Gerardo Flores - Anthony Eufemio - 'Donkbot' - Gage Kissinger - Eian Smith - 'HelloDarknessMyOldFriend' - 'coco Coco' ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Support us at BuyMeACoffee: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/PoliceActivity Support us on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/PoliceActivity Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Police_Activity 🛍️ Check out our Amazon store: https://www.amazon.com/shop/PoliceActivity 🛍[...]

PoliceActivity (Youtube) Deputy Barks Like Police K-9 to Trick Car Theft Suspects into Surrendering * (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * University Place, Washington — On August 18, 2023, at 08:25 am, University Place Deputies responded to a call of a stolen vehicle at the Cemetery at 9200 Chambers Creek Way. As the Sergeant was getting close a Lakewood and Steilacoom Officer had arrived as the vehicle started to leave. The Sergeant was able to pull over and deploy his stop sticks to wait for the stolen vehicle. The spike deployment was perfect and got all 4 tires flat, however the suspects took off and the deputies had to terminate the pursuit. Officers later found the vehicle unoccupied and still running at 7500 Bridgeport Way. Other Deputies surrounded the nearby area and started to check for the juveniles. One deputy could see two of the suspects down in a creek bed. He chose a very interesting way to get them to comply. The deputy can then be heard barking like a dog. After the deputy imitated a dog bark multiple times, the four juveniles came out of the creek bed and surrendered. The Suspects actually believed there was a dog, and, in the end, they told the deputies, soon as they heard that dog, they gave up. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - Dawesenm - William Bowman - Sandra McGreevy - Charlie Collier - Koby Bland - Cash MacGregor - 'Zixuno' - 'InicRa' - Christopher Payne - Juan Villagomez - Zach Williams - Michael R Sheffield - Rich Biggs - 'Ham_Radio' - 'JTrip' - Lee Roberts - Brant Eaton - 'General X' - 'jadeennff' - James Pringle - 'AccuShoot.com' - 'Savage Training Group' - Meighan Garrick - 'BoJassim' - 'Dabster' - 'Sopaul' - Lisa Overly - Connor Davies - Paul Rohrbaugh - 'Necko' - Gerardo Flores - Anthony Eufemio - 'Donkbot' - Gage Kissinger - Eian Smith - 'HelloDarknessMyOldFriend' - 'coco Coco' ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Support us at BuyMeACoffee: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/PoliceActivity Support us on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/PoliceActivity Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Police_Activity 🛍️ Check out our Amazon store: https://www.amazon.com/shop/PoliceActivity 🛍️ Disclosure: Please note that we will receive a small commission from purchases made through our Amazon store. PoliceActivity (Youtube) Bodycam Video Shows The Fatal Police Shooting of Ta’Kiya Young * (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) * Columbus, Ohio — On August 24, 2023, Blendon Township police officers were assisting a driver locked out of her car in the Kroger parking lot on Sunbury Road. As the officers were helping, a Kroger employee pointed out to one of the officers that someone who had stolen bottles of alcohol from the store was -- at that moment -- fleeing. Store employees later reported that several suspects had been stealing items, but the other suspects had fled in other cars. However, this particular female suspects who had been pointed out to the officer, was in a Lexus sedan with no license tags parked in a handicapped spot right in front of the store. The Franklin County Coroner identified the suspect as 21-year-old Ta'Kiya Young and confirmed she was pregnant. Young started the car. One officer approached from the driver’s side and ordered Young to stop and get out of the car. She ignored the order. Another officer came in front of the car and also ordered Young to get out of the car. Despite being ordered to get out of the car more than a dozen times, she refused to do so. Young put the car in gear and accelerated forward. The officer who was directly in the path of the oncoming car fired one shot through the front windshield. The car kept moving and officers ran after it for about 50 feet. It then came to a stop on the sidewalk outside the store. Because the driver’s door had been locked, officers immediately broke the driver’s window so they could attend to Young and begin medical assistance. Officers also immediately called for EMS. The officer who fired the shot sprinted to his car to get a trauma kit, which he quickly employed. A passing ER doctor assisted. Young died at St. Ann’s hospital, which was the closest ER. The two officers’ names, ages and races were not immediately released. They are on paid administrative leave while the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation examines the shooting, which is standard in cases of police use of deadly force. Young was expected to give birth to a daughter in November. She also was the mother of two young sons, ages 6 and 3. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Special thanks to Shout-Out Supporters on Patreon: - 'DIY Solar Power with Will Prowse' - Dawesenm - William Bowman - Sandra McGreevy - Francesco Tortorelli - Ryan Hurley - Kerrie Golden - Charlie Collier - Koby Bland - Cash MacGregor - 'Zixuno' - 'InicRa' - Christopher Payne - Juan Villagomez - Zach Williams - Michael R Sheffield - Rich Biggs - 'Ham_Radio' - 'JTrip' - Lee Roberts - Jerry Allison - Marc H - Brant Eaton - 'General X' - 'jadeennff' - James Pringle - 'AccuShoot.com' - 'Savage Training Group' - Meighan Garrick - Michele Duckson - 'BoJassim' - 'Dabster' - 'Sopaul' - Lisa Overly - Connor Davies - Paul Rohrbaugh - 'Necko' - Gerardo Flores - Anthony Eufemio - 'Donkbot' - Gage Kissinger - Eian Smith - 'HelloDarknessMyOldFriend' - 'coco Coco' ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Support us at BuyMeACoffee: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/PoliceActivity Support us on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/PoliceActivity Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Police_Activity 🛍️ Amazon Affiliate links 🛍️ (if you buy anything through these it will support the channel and allow us to continue creating content for you!): Amazon Store: https://www.amazon.com/shop/PoliceActivity Amazon US: https://amzn.to/44TDQEK Amazon CA: https://amzn.to/47k7Ifm Amazon DE: https://amzn.to/3rSBSGd Amazon UK: https://amzn.to/43ShOkI Timestamps: 0:00 - Bodycam: Officer #1 1:04 - Bodycam: Officer #2 2:04 - Patreon Supporters ➖ @PoliceActivity ➖

Officers had confirmed the status of the subject’s felony warrant and obtained a photograph of the suspect prior to contacting him. At approximately 4:13 p.m., the officers saw the suspect standing outside of the passenger side of a vehicle parked in the lot. The preliminary investigation into this incident indicates a passing vehicle was struck by a round but the motorist in that vehicle was not struck. There was also at least one round that struck a building within the lot. No officers or other persons were injured during this incident. The suspect in this incident has been identified as Jason Hampton of La Mesa. He is described as a 41-year-old white male. The officer involved in the shooting has been identified as Brian Heller. Chicago Police officers monitored the area through a Police Observation Device (POD) and observed a group of individuals in a cul-de-sac.
